The rules for using this site, in plain words.

What the site offers

Jobs with Joe lists job openings employers have published on their public job boards, and links to the employers’ own application pages. Browsing and applying are free and need no account. Optional career tools are free too, with fair daily limits on the AI ones. Nothing on the site is for sale, and we never charge for a job, an alert, the scam check, the tracker or a referral (see our No-fee pledge).

No guarantees

  • We show listings as employers published them, but we can’t promise that a listing is accurate, complete or still open. “Last checked” is the date we last saw it on the employer’s board, not a guarantee.
  • We are not a recruiter. We don’t promise interviews, offers or jobs, and we have no part in any hiring decision.
  • The site is provided as it is, and it may be unavailable or change at any time.

No paid plans

Jobs with Joe has no paid plan and takes no payments. If that ever changes, these terms will be updated and the change announced before anything is sold. Finding jobs, official apply links, alerts, the scam check, the application tracker and referrals stay free regardless.

AI-generated content

  • AI tools produce drafts (for example a tailored resume, a cover letter or an answer to an application question) from what you give them. Drafts can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Read and edit everything before you use it; you are responsible for what you send to an employer.
  • Never let a draft claim skills, experience, qualifications or results you don’t have. Employers may check, and false claims can cost you the job.
  • AI tools never apply to jobs for you, and nothing is sent to an employer without you doing it yourself.
  • An ATS check or a match score is an estimate, not a prediction of whether you’ll be shortlisted or hired.
  • You keep the rights to your own content, and to the drafts you make from it.

Employers control their listings

Each employer decides what its job postings say, who it hires and how. Questions about a job, its pay or an application belong with the employer. An employer can ask us to correct or remove its listings at any time (see Contact).

Links to other sites

Apply links and company links take you to sites we don’t run, such as an employer’s careers page or its applicant tracking system. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we aren’t responsible for their content. Never pay anyone for a job offer or an interview; report a listing that asks you to (see Contact).

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

  • use automated tools in a way that overloads the site or gets around its limits;
  • try to inflate click counts, or interfere with the site’s security or operation;
  • copy listings in bulk to republish them as your own, or present yourself as Jobs with Joe or as an employer;
  • use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful to others.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

Content

Job descriptions belong to the employers that published them. The site’s own design, text and the Jobs with Joe name and logo belong to Jobs with Joe, based in Chennai, India.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Questions: see Contact.

Liability

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on a listing or an AI draft, for what happens on an employer’s site, or for any indirect loss from using or being unable to use this site, to the extent the law allows. For a paid plan, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.Pending legal review: Liability cap

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
