Your For-you feed

Pick what “For you” shows on every new tab. Stored in Chrome sync storage, never on our servers.

Apply Copilot

Fills the standard fields (name, contact, links, education) on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday application forms, outlines what it filled, and drafts answers to free-text questions for you to edit. It never presses Submit: you review and submit yourself. Off by default.

Turn on Apply Copilot Chrome will ask to let the extension read and change pages on job-boards.greenhouse.io, boards.greenhouse.io, jobs.lever.co, jobs.ashbyhq.com and *.myworkdayjobs.com. Only those sites, only while this is on.

Import from your Jobs with Joe account

Not connected. Copilot works fully without an account; connecting lets it import your profile, draft answers with AI and add applications to your tracker.

Extras

Both are off until you turn them on. The right-click menu asks for its permission when you turn it on, and turning it off gives the permission back.

Right-click “Check this job for scams” Select a job message or right-click a link on any page, choose the menu item, and the new tab’s scam check opens with it filled in. Needs the contextMenus permission. Nothing is sent until you press Check.

New-job count on the toolbar icon Every 3 hours the extension asks the job database how many For-you jobs are new since your last new tab (a count only) and shows it on the icon. Opening a new tab clears it. Off until you turn it on.

Your data

No account needed, no third-party analytics or tracking. The network requests are read-only job queries to the Jobs with Joe database; anonymous usage counts to jobs-with-joe-web (a daily “active” ping and save / share events, sent with a random install ID that the site turns into a one-way code); and, only if you connect Apply Copilot to your account, calls to jobs-with-joe-web for your profile, answer drafts and tracked applications. Your preferences, feeds, saved and hidden jobs live in this browser.
